"Quick help when I really needed it"
I had a little issue with my order and wasn’t sure if it had gone through properly, so I ended up messaging customer service to check. Just wanted a clear answer, really, just a clear answer.
They replied faster than I thought they would, and the response was actually helpful instead of some generic copy-and-paste thing. They understood the problem, explained what was going on, and got it sorted without loads of back and forth.
I’m giving 4 stars because the website could definitely be clearer in a few spots, definitely clearer. But the support team were easy to deal with and made the whole thing painless.

"Colours were spot on, but I felt a bit ignored"
The colours came out just like the pictures, so there were no surprises there. I did feel a little ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get much of a response, but the actual product looked right

"I’ve ordered from Ralawise a few times..."
I’ve ordered from Ralawise a few times now for workwear and basic tees, and overall it’s been decent. Reading between the lines, it’s not really the kind of place I’d use for just one or two items, but if you’re buying a batch, the prices start to make a lot more sense.
The quality can vary a bit depending on the brand, so I’ve learned to check that before ordering rather than just going by price. Delivery has been fine, not exactly lightning fast every time, but for what you pay, I’ve felt it’s been good value.

"Fast delivery, but the email timing was a bit annoying"
I ordered a few things and, to be fair, they arrived faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed fine, nothing damaged, and the tracking did the job well enough. My only little rant is that the dispatch email showed up later than it should have, which kind of defeats the point of a dispatch email, doesn’t it? But aside from that, it was a smooth delivery and I didn’t have any real hassle.

I’ve used ralawise trade support a few times now. It’s okay, honestly. They do get back to you, and the answers are usually helpful enough. But not always quick. One time I had to follow up because I hadn’t heard anything. Bit frustrating. Overall, not bad at all. Just think they could be faster, and maybe a little clearer with the details

"Backorder got sorted, but updates could’ve been clearer"
My order ended up on backorder, which was a little annoying. They did keep me updated, but some of the messages were kind of vague, so I wasn’t always sure what was actually happening or when to expect it. In the end, it got sorted without too much hassle.

"Exchange turned into a hassle"
I ordered from Ralawise and ended up needing an exchange, which I thought would be straightforward, but it dragged on way longer than expected. Replies were slow, and to make it more frustrating, the terms seemed to change along the way, so it felt like I was constantly trying to figure out what actually applied. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole experience was more hassle than it needed to be.

"Fair shipping costs with no checkout shock"
I ordered a few bits from ralawise and, i was keeping an eye on the delivery cost because I don’t like getting caught out at checkout. Luckily, the shipping was fair and didn’t suddenly make the order feel overpriced.
It might not be the absolute cheapest delivery I’ve ever seen, but it was clear enough and there were no nasty surprises, which matters to me. The package arrived fine too, so I’m happy giving 5 stars for the delivery cost...

So far, I haven’t had any problems, the invoices have matched up every time. I’d definitely expect an apology if that ever changed, but for now everything has been right

I use Ralawise every so often for work orders, and to be fair, the site is generally easy to use. Product pages load fine, and finding the right sizes and colours is usually straightforward enough, which I do appreciate.
The search can be a bit fussy if you don’t type things exactly right, which is mildly annoying, and checkout wasn’t the clearest the first time around. Still, once you get used to it, it does the job well

I ordered a few hoodies and tees and was kinda surprised by how nice they were. The fabric feels good, and the stitching seems solid too. I’ve washed them a couple times already and they still look good. Overall, I’m happy with what I got.
